We are aware of what appears to be a network failure, preventing access to the mainframe environments.
Storm damage to site-level power lines and connectivity is being cleared, to be followed by fiber repairs.
No current estimate for resolution

Connectivity restored

Networking links have been repaired and tested; while mainframe systems can now be used as normal,
there may be minor disruptions over the next few days as other network repairs continue.
